Robin answered all our questions and didn't go outside of our budget which so many sales people normally do. Very friendly guy & helpful. I detest bed shopping but Robin made it very painless.

Amber was excellent, very knowledgeable and patient. Took extra time to explain exactly what would help.

As soon as we entered the store ! We were greeted by a lovely young man asking if we would would like any assistance. Who then helped us to get our mattress we wanted. Quick efficiaent and helpful. Could not have been any better shopping experience.

We had a feeling of this is a well laid out Store, east to find what one was looking for, plus all items were labeled whether the beds be soft medium or firm, priced clearly, we did look at other stores, and returned to Dreams because what we wanted was there

We were served by Mo, both him and his manager were incredibly helpful and gave us all the time we needed firstly in choosing the right products but also in giving us the time to make the decision to go ahead with the sale. Not once did we feel like we were in the way or felt pressurised into the sale! :-)

We saw Mo over two days, the second time we returned he remembered all details of what we had already spoken about - great service
