Out sales agent Mo did a great job. I urge everyone to speak with him upon visiting Dreams in Milton Keynes. He made a great black coffee whilst we visited. He made sure that we bought everything from Dreams and not another company. He even gave us a swatch for finding the perfect headboard. We won't find one that makes the wife happy though.....but I'm sure we'll get close. Thanks. Please hire me as a kids entertainer for any parties and ill give you 20% off. Kevin

We were approached by a member of staff, Jaz, who was extremely helpful, ran through multiple options with us until we found the right one for us. My partner and I prefer slightly different types of beds but he managed to find us a mattress that we both liked. When we came back the following day after going away to think about it, he recognised us immediately and remembered our choices. The finance process was very quick and he explained everything extremely clearly and concisely.

Great quality products, helpful friendly staff (especially Jaz), and quick and easy to purchase via finance.

Lovely assistant who gave us the time we needed and wasn't pushy

We were assisted by Mo who was very helpful & gave us plenty of time to decide on which mattress we wanted & gave plenty of options & gave us other pillows to try. He could not have been better & we were pleased he let us decide without any plressure.

We came in to get our new bed this evening and was pleasantly greeted by Jaz he was very helpful, full of information and gave brilliant customer service.

The assistant - Jaz Milton Keynes store, was aware of my disability and was prepared to assist me in my trying to get onto the beds and try them out and realised my slowness of accessing these facilities. His understanding of the matrasses (which we required) was in-depth and detailed. He was considerate in offering us a refreshment of tea or coffee which allowed us time to get around the store. The extras required, of matrass cover was immediate and well informed Jaz was adequately conversant in matters of sleep on the body and its implication that we do not necessarily consider. Jaz was in no ay in a rush to sell us a matrass that we did not want he allowed us time to deliberate our choice of matrass Jaz also seemed to have appreciation of people with a disability and the difficulty they encounter trying to review bedding. All round Jaz was an excellent assistant, his concentration on the customer was exemplary

From the moment we entered your Milton Keynes store, your sales colleague James Smith was proactive and prompt in dealing with all our needs and queries, as well as charming and courteous at all times.

The assistant was very welcoming put us at ease. Her product knowledge was very good and this helped us select the mattress which we purchased.
