Jaz was absolutely amazing. This isnt our local store but we would come back to see him. He stayed a bit late and really helped with selection and range. He also did all he could to assist given that we are buying our first home. We will be coming back to furnish the other bedrooms now!

Excellent, warm and amicable sales manager. He listened to our needs and offered good details of each product. This helped us select the right products. No pushy sales, just excellent customer service.

I was impressed by the knowledge of the salesman, Jazz, and also his manner - not pushy but very helpful.

Jamie explained the system used within the store to show the different types of mattresses available.He then spent some time with us whilst we tried a few.He commented on the advantages of certain types of mattresses.He then gave us time on our own whilst we deliberated.We chose the mattress we wanted & he was then very helpful in our choice of base & drawers etc. The whole process was good & we felt valued as customers & it was very nice to be offered a drink whilst we completed the finances.

After entering the store we were allowed to look around for a short while without being pounced on. Then when Sophie came over she was very polite and offered to show us some of the features of the bed we were looking at. We also looked at a few other beds and her product knowledge was excellent answering every question we asked (from technical for TV beds to options) We weren't actually going to buy a bed that day and planned on looking around other stores. But the quality of the product, the expert demonstration, friendliness and honest professionalism of Sophie and the deal that day, gave us the confidence that we we were getting a good deal and didn't need to look anywhere else.

Very pleased with Chantelle who was more than happy to offer us advice and helped us purchase the right product rater than push for a sale.

We found the staff to be friendly and helpful but not over pushy. We were allowed plenty of time to try out the products and our assistant, Mo, was always on hand at a respectful distance. We felt cared for and our needs understood.

ifound the help and assistance i received to a very good standard and knowledge of products excellent time spent with me trying various types of bed and matresses and came out with some amazing new pillows! lovely helpful assistants and placing my order with extreme speed at times to suit, a very pleasant experience thank you.

The Salesman Jamie was very polite and knowledgeable.
