Dreams - Milton Keynes

We purchased a mattress in August2015 (£1546) although happy we think the mattress is showing signs of wear, we also need a new mattress for the spare room, depending on the reaction we received from the sales people was the key to whether we purchased from Dreams or from the other three sales outlets on the retail park(Milton Keynes) The assistant I think was Sophia she was most helpful and took us through the procedure if we wanted to take it further, to this end we purchased the new mattress. This is the 6th mattress we have ordered from Dreams plus recommending Dreams to others. We will keep an eye on our August purchase,and hope it "beds" in😊! But we thought it worthwhile to flag up what possibly could be a future problem. Yours Phil Davies

Salesmen knew all the technical details we asked about the beds, from spring counts to comparisons on one bed from another, they also had the time to answer our questions fully. There was no pressure from the salesmen to buy a particular bed. W

We explained what we were looking for and with help we found it. Cost of taking away old mattress £39 we found very expensive

I made numerous visits before deciding to buy and each time was given excellent service.

We were served by Jamie in your Milton Keynes Store who was fantastic. His knowledge about the various products was second to none. Nothing was to much to ask of him and any questions we had were answered with a full comprehensive reply. I would highly recommend to any friends or family to visit Dreams.

Highly satisfied with team member Ambers customer service, she explained the differences between brands of beds and their matching products in great detail and I was able to understand the differences in the pros and cons between latex foam mattresses and memory foam ones. Highly satisfied with the service, would recommend Amber as a good person to go to when picking out a new mattress.

The assistant listened to my issues regarding my current mattress and made informed recommendations

We felt there was a good selection of quality products to choose from. The product information was clear as was the price. We also were impressed with the level of service provided to us by Amber and then Mo. Amber in particularly asked us what we were looking for, directed us to beds to try and was helpful explaining the difference between different product types. We were after a King size mattress for us and a small double for our daughter. When we placed the order we were offered beverages and it did not take too long.

We were assisted by Jaz who explained all of the different types of mattresses and he got us to try each type of bed with amazing pillows that he supplied for us to do this. The pillows were so comfortable that we bought these in addition to the new bed. Jaz couldn't have been more helpful but he did not make us feel pressured to hurry our decision. Highly recommend seeking Jaz out if you are going to the Milton Keynes store.

Our questions were answered fully and compentently by the lady, Amber, who assisted us. She had good knowledge and listened to our requirements without being pushy.
