Very professional informative staff

Mostly the customer service i couldn't fault it .I never buy in the first shop I go in I compare prices and try to get the best deal I can for the money I am spending .Yet I bought from Mo at dreams MK and hadn't looked anywhere else

allowed time to browse until we were ready to ask for assistance. we were then given helpful information and then left alone to make our final decision.

The assistant listened to my description of the issues I was having with my current mattress and recommended a good mattress for me.

Very good service and helpful

We have spent just under an hour in the MK store, and enjoyed trying out most of the mattresses, we have been looked after by a store assistant and he was very patient with our fussy requests. We have found what we wanted! and bought a bed and a mattress

As soon as we walked in, we were approached by a smiling Jamie. He listened to what we wanted, stood patiently as we had a little bicker, and then pointed us in the direction of what we were wanted. After a fabulous cup of tea, we went about throwing ourselves on all recommended beds, and before long we found the mattress and two pillows. When Jamie stepped away for just a few minutes, other staff were equally as friendly and chatty. It makes a big difference to the normal eye contact avoiding, sullen and begrudging staff you find in so many other stores nowadays. Don't change.

Sophie was very helpful and explained to us the difference between mattresses helping us figure out what we need.

Knowledgeable assistance, allow us time to decide, but being on hand to answer questions

Chantelle who helped with our purchase was very polite, patient and understanding to our needs, she talked us through various options available and showed good knowledge of the products. Overall not much more can be expected.
