Jamie was really understanding and knowledgeable for my mum's needs. He was happy and approachable. The store was set out really well and the signs near the beds were really well laid out

Had no problems. Advised what we were looking for and were allowed to look at options without being hassled. Once chosen ordering process as handled quickly and easily.

Excellent service, not pushy, answered questions about mattresses expertly.

The quality of the service

The staff were very helpful and friendly without being at all 'pushy'. Aziz and Chantelle were particularly helpful. Aziz appeared to have a very good knowledge of the products on offer.

We were helped by Jaz. He took time to understand what we were looking for then showed us the lowest cost option and talked throught in detail. After explaining what the other options were and pointing out where we could find them, he left us to explore ourselves before coming back to touch base and ask how we were getting on. He talked through our observations and thoughts and once we had made a firm decision he took our Order promptly. Overall a very good service from him. I would like the price to be lower - adding another £80 for delivery and disposal is steep! - why not 'up' your green credentials and include disposal in the price - saves all those non-degradeable mattresses being dumped at the Tip! Delivery time isn't good - why should I have to wait 2.5 weeks for delivery of a standard mattress? - your selling a significant improvement in personal comfort - so why ask me to wait 2.5 weeks? The lady who helped and advised us was very knowledgeable,polite and friendly she dealt with our inquiries first hand and without hesitation.

On entering the store, we met Dreams employee Jaz who guided us through the different mattress options. He then left us to look around on our own which we appreciated. We found our bed very quickly and returned to Jaz who was very efficient with the paperwork. Really good service.

Found a mattress to suit. Sophie was very helpful and friendly.

The assistant was very friendly,a really lovely person.New her business on the products.we were not pressured in any way.and found buying a new bed a lovely experience as we not bought a bed for some years. The assistant in question is Sophie.
