Welcoming as soon as we arrived, offered us a drink, asked us how we were. They let us look around for a bed frame and then we’re ready to answer our questions. Supported us when choosing a mattress and they were very honest with us.

Keith approached us in store and was happy to assist us with trying the sleep machine. He offered us a drink and then showed us around the different types of mattresses we could choose. Originally we entered the store with no intentions of buying that day as we still hadn’t chosen a frame and wanted more detail on what type of mattress best suit me and my husband however we did end up purchasing both a frame and mattress. Kieth was very patient with us and informative. He wasn’t a ‘pushy salesman’ which we had experienced all day walking around the shops bed searching. It become quite frustrating being followed in other shops and being cornered so it was a breath of fresh air when dealing with Keith. He took us through the payment options and was very patient whilst we decided if we wanted pillows or duvets. Overall, we are really happy with the service provided and hope the delivery is just as smooth.

Sarah, was very helpful, she knew the products extremely well and worked within my budget. She did not force anything onto me. Multiple options available and took the time to focus on what I wanted.

Went in twice to by mattress and both times we went in colleagues were lovely incredibly helpful and approachable which made the experience 20x nicer! Staff were very knowledgeable and always on hand! Huge thank you!

From the moment we walked into the store we received fantastic customer service. Colin was extremely polite and knowledgeable making us feel completely at ease and sure we were making the right purchases. We enjoyed the experience in store of finding the right mattresses for our new home as well as accessories. Colin was very thorough and explained in great detail the benefits of each mattress we looked at and gave us enough time and space to make our decision. He even offered us a lovely drink making us feel especially welcome. Once we had decided our purchases the payment and delivery options were very smooth and completed efficiently with no pressure. He is an absolute credit to the store. We would be more than happy to recommend Dreams to any of our friends and family going forward and most definitely will be back with future purchases. Colin was very friendly and catered to all of our requirements. We were nervous of buying our mattresses in social distanced circumstances but Colin made everything simple and very stress free

Young sales man was very helpful through my visit to the store. But I do think cost of assembling bed and disposing of old bed rather high. But other wise very good and helpful
