Jaz the customer service assistant was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Dreams have an excellent choice of mattresses to try and choose from.

The assistant (Jaz) had good knowledge of the products we were interested in,did not try to rush our decision and was a cheerful, friendly chap.

Jaz who assisted us was very helpful, knowledgebale and made the experience easy for us. Very attentive, understanding and professional.

Mo was very helpful, spend time whilst I kept going back to look at the beds I had looked at before choosing.

After problems with one of your competitors , I was grumpy about having to start the process again. Mo made it very easy.

Chantelle showed me the items I was looking for and the different qualities, explained the 8 year cover and was helpful during the whole process

Listerned to what was needed and Jamie helped to make sure we got what was wanted with out trying to make us spend more then the budget

Jamie was extremely helpful and showed where to find what in the store. We loved the fact that the mattresses were colour coordinated which made it a lot easier for us to choose our mattress. Jamie helped us pick the right pillows to go with the mattress as well. He was very patient as we were in store for over an hour, I would definitely come back, as I do need another 2 mattresses.

There are so many choices that without some help it takes a long time to understand the different options. We were greatly helped by Amber, who was very knowledgeable of the products on display. She took time to understand our requirements and helped us the simplify making a decision.

We found the staff we saw (Robin & Jamie) extreemly friendly and helpful.
