I hate both shopping and spending money and normally this kind of thing is something I just want over with as fast as possible. Jamie was a complete delight. Knowledgable about the products; specific in answering my questions and nothing was too much trouble. Mostly he immediately accommodated my desire to make a decision and get it over with. No hassle - smart, professional, personable, charming and helpful. I complimented him on how much of a pleasure it was to have his assistance and I repeated my comments to his senior staff member, Robin. He really is a credit to your store and I hope this feedback will reach him.

Sophie was fantastic, enthusiastic and answered ever question I had. A great employee I would certainly have here work in my organisation very refreshing

We were highly satisfied with our visit because we went to the store expecting to save a lot of money on a matress. We already had decided on a buget and we found a comfortable matress at the right price. the sales assistant (Amber) was knowledgeable informative and helpful, and processed the transaction with ease. We now await delivery nine days from the date of our store visit.

We were served by Jaz at the Milton Keynes Winterhill store. He was very helpful, polite and allowed us plenty of time to select our purchase. He explained the product thoroughly and seemed knowledgeable in his Explanation of the product.

I had re searched on line but was unable to purchase exactly what I wanted so had to go in store. I had my 3 yr old with me (who is energetic, to say the least) so I needed prompt service! I got this from Sophie who then passed me on to Robin to place my order. It was a busy day with the sales on so had to wait a few minutes, thanks goodness for the coffee to please my partner & the biscuits & sweets to satisfy my 3 yr old. I was impressed with the speed on the order despite us hitting a few queries on the way.
