We knew what product we wanted before we went to the shop. We asked the assistant where it was and he took us to it straight away and then did the sale to us, and the product was available for delivery within a short period.

The store assistant Jamie was very friendly and helpful, directing me to the most appropriate mattresses for my needs, which I was able to try in person to find the perfect mix of support and comfort. Jaz at Milton Keynes store was great. Very knowledgeable, not pushy and took his time. I generally don't like these stores because of pushy sales but he was great.
