I was served by a gentleman called Mo. He was absolutely brilliant, very helpful and actually had a laugh. Really good customer service from him.

The member of staff was very friendly and quickly assisted and placed my order. My only criticism was I got a very similar bed 2 weeks previously at the end of a sale and paid over £100 more than this latest order!! How come more in a sale? Think maybe prices need to be more closely monitored....or I was miss sols! Delivery time is excellent.

In comparison to competitors your selection seemed better. The quality of products seemed better too. Staff were informative and not pushy. Prices seemed good value too.

The employee who helped me pick out a mattress (Amber) was very knowledgeable and helpful (also quite entertaining). Excellent service.

Amber who served us was very knowledgeable, not in the least pushy and was an absolute joy to deal with, she even arranged for two mugs of tea. She is a star.

We had visited a couple of other bedroom showrooms before Dreams. We were left rather unimpressed with them. But with Dreams, the layout was very good, and the attention from our sales assistant was brilliant. He seemed to really know the products, highlighting their pros and cons. So we decided to end our search there and order. Our salesman name was Mo. Our only slight problem there was that it was terribly hot, the heating was so high, but then again, Mo sorted it, turning the heating off.

We had to wait to see the assistant as there was only 1 available and he came and apologised as he was making a video call. He helped us making our decision and was very courteous.
