We were served by Jazeera Mohamed. His advice and guidance was excellent. He clearly knew his products and made us feel very comfortable during our visit. No pressure, we could ask lots of questions, a really very good shopping experience indeed.

Staff friendly and knew the product and were able to help in what turned out to be a number of choices - far more than we had anticipated - so help was most needed. Jamie, despite being knew and with the help of Mo did an excellent job.

Jamie explained he was fairly new but was very helpful and did consult colleagues when he experienced an issue placing the order

The thing I hate is being put under pressure, and this was certainly not the case today. We visited three times before making our final decision and at no time were we put under pressure, quite the opposite
