Dreams - Milton Keynes

I thought the gentleman who served us listen well to what we wanted spent time helping us and showing us all the different mattress's that were specific for what we were looking for and considering he had only been working there for 1 week he did very well and seemed very calmed and relaxed and was very polite.

Chantelle was friendly, helpful, had excellent customer service skills and sorted everything efficiently and promptly.

We spent a long time trying to make a decision. To the point the went for lunch to go think about our options. The assistant (Jaz) was so patient with us and answered all of our questions confidently. He was very good with our toddler, who was getting a bit bored. Although the mattress was expensive and more than we anticipated to spend, it appears to be very good quality. Jaz also helped us choose the right pillows as well. He and his collegues advised us well as my wife has sciatica and wanted to make sure the bed would not cause any more problems. We are still considering going back for a bed frame, possible the tv combo system but wanted more time to think this through as Christmas is coming and we hadn't anticipated the extra spend. However we if do decide to we would go back to dreams.

The assistant Chantelle was very attentive and not pushy but reassuring, and that she was available for any question we had and answered them promptly. In the end we decided on a particular bed, more than we had planned to spend,I might add. But in all was very happy with the experience we had in the store, and now having had the bed for a few days, my wife and I must agree with Chantelle`s advice on the suitability of the bed for us was 100% correct. Yes I would return again to the store if I needed another bed but would also recommend friends to try your store and I would also recommend they spoke to Chantelle.

THE ASSISTANT THAT DEALT WITH US WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WAS ABLE TO MEET OUR REQUIREMENTS. SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND MADE OUR VISIT TO YOUR STORE A PLEASANT ONE.
