THE SALES COLLEAGUE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS.I DID NOT FEEL PRESSURED TO GET SOMETHING I DID NOT WANT.HE TOOK HIS TIME AS I WAS UNSURE AS TO WHICH BED I WANTED. WHEN I DECIDE TO PLACE THE ORDER I WAS NOT HANGING AROUND WAITING FOR SOMEONE . I WAS GIVEN A SEAT AND A CUP OF TEA,( YOU DON,T OFTEN GET A CUP OF IN A STORE)AS WE WENT THROUGH MY ORDER. HE GAVE ME THE RELEVANT FORMS FOR THE TEMPUR MATTRESS,SO I COULD REGISTER FOR THE 60 NIGHT TRIAL. HE IS A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY AS MOST STAFF CANT BE BOTHERED IF YOU DON,T KNOW WHAT YOU WANT.

I was met in store by the assistant (Jaz) who was amazingly relaxed and did not push any product to me but simply listened to my needs and gave me some background to the products and showed me the ones best suited to my needs. It has to be one of the most pleasurable visits to any store that I have visited since re-fitting out my home.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful at your Milton Keynes store. It made it a very pleasant experience.

The member of staff who dealt with me was very courteous and patient with me while I explained what I wanted, he then offered me a selection of mattress's and was able to explain the benefits of them and he also thought that a new pillow might help with giving me a good nights sleep.
