We were very happy with the help we recieved from Mo, he was very knowledgeable on the products and was able to help us get what we needed. We saw a bedframe which we really liked although it appeared to be in an out of stock range. Mo located a frame for us from the range and matched us to a suitable mattress in our budget which was also in the sale, so we very very happy with the result. We didnt feel pressured at any time in the process and Mo gave us plently of time to deliberate and make our decision.

Staff were friendly, courteous but not too pushy. We explained what we required and were shown a selection and then left in peace to make a decision.

Jaz was helpful without being pushy. He understood the products he was selling and gave us advice and information.

The assistance from Jaz at the MK Store was superb. We explained what we were looking for and he showed us all options available. He wasn't pushy and made our shopping experience a pleasant one. We returned the following day to place our order and regrettably he was on his day off. The Store Manager placed the order for us and ensured he would put the order against Jaz. The Store Manager was also very professional and pleasant.
