I was greeted with politeness and a smile and offered assistance as soon as i entered. i was rather surprised and a bit overwhelmed by the number of beds to consider, However, The member of staff discussed my needs/budget and explained the computerised machine that could help in choosing the correct bed and asked if I would like to make use of it. I found the information supplied most helpful as this reduced the suitable choices to a handful. THe assistant,who was very knowledgeable and patient, took me around the store,encouraging me try each of the recommended beds and explained the type of springs and inners/pros and cons of each one. There was no pressure to buy. I had planned on visiting several stores to compare and research. However, I found that I had no need/desire to do so as I had been given all I needed and made a decision and ordered.

We were very impressed with Charlie who helped and guided us through the whole process of buying a new bed. Without her help we are sure we would have some doubts about whether we had made the right decision. When we left you’re store we both agreed that Charlie had been very professional, extremely helpful and just plain old fashioned nice. Thank you Charlie we thoroughly enjoyed our experience shopping in Dreams.

The assistant Charlie was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout when we tested many beds. She was very polite and friendly and a real credit to your company.

I knew what conditions i needed in a mattress side sleeper, tend to overheat after 2-3 hours so needed cool mattress suffer with osteo arthritus so needed full support over whole body contact but allowing pressure point areas to impact deeper. Colin used the computer generated mattress application to create suggested list. Tried first mattress at firm said hard felt was lying on top not fully supported, Colin then said ignore firm suggestions try Silentnight medium may be better. He was on the ball it fully supported but allowed joints to sink into surface felt comfortable but supportive not too soft but not too hard. Discussed price which was reasonable and about the amount i expected to pay, discussed technical construction aspects 1600 pocket springs etc. Needed to go no further I had what i was looking for.

We were approached on entry and offered assistance. We were shown a number of relevant products and our needs and requests were listened to and acted upon. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful.

Keith spent a great deal of time with us, explaining the differences between various mattresses and divans and staying with us while we tried out various options. He had a great sense of humour and went out of his way to help us in our choice of divan base and mattress, as well as extras. Keith seemed to have endless patience and we felt as though he truly valued us as people rather than just any old customers. We had already been to several other bed showrooms that morning, and ended up wondering why we just didn't go to Dreams in the first place! Keith apart, Dreams had a far wider choice of bases and mattresses. In addition, we were able to have a delivery date within a week - none of the other establishments could offer anything within three weeks! In future, Dreams will be the only place we will go to. We were greeted as we entered and another colleague did the sleep match for the mattress. We were shown to the types recommended and offered drinks a number of times. Sharon was friendly and informative and felt completely at ease with her
