The sales assistant was not pushy. He offered assistance which I originally declined. When I needed assistance he was very helpful, showing me a range of options and a range of beds at various prices. I hadn't intended on buying a bed from the first shop I visited, but Jaz made the whole process so easy. With his help I found exactly what my daughter wanted. Jaz was excellent and hopefully all of your sales assistance's are as competent and helpful as he was.

WE MUST SAY THAT THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL FROM THE REPERCENTATIVE WAS VERY EXCEPTIONAL AND WE WERE SO PLEASED THAT WE HAD THE HELP WE REQUIRED,WE TRIED SEVERAL BEDS AND MATTRESS UNTILL WE FOUND THE ONE THAT SUITED US AND WAS TOLD BY THE ASSITANT MR JAZ MOHAMED TO GO AND MAKE SURE WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE BED AND WITH HIS HELP VERY PLEASED.

Knowledgeable friendly staff. Plenty of samples in store to view.

Jaz was very good, didn't rush or push us to make a decision, and understood what we needed.

The Sales person was informative but not pushy and helped to narrow down the range even identifying options which were cheper even when this was not a consideration for us.

Really good products and choice. Got to try as many beds as we liked and as many times as we wanted so we made sure we got the right one. It was good to have the sales person give us advice and then he gave us to time be by ourselves and decide what we wanted, sometimes they hover and you feel pushed into making a decision, not the case in Dreams.

Everything was great - I couldn't fault anything. I can't answer the question about the quality of the product as we don't have the bed and mattress yet.

I have recently been diagnosed with a very painful back condition. I visited the mk store. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful and understanding. Robin was fantastic. The staff more and chantelle were also very helpful. Polite and went the extra step to make my visit as easy and as comfortable as possible. Great team.

The customer service i received from Jaz was over and above my expectations. He was very informative which made my purchase an easy one. He was a pleasure to deal with and is a credit to the store.
