This was our second visit to the store in Milton Keynes and on both occasions all the staff we spoke to were friendly and extremely helpful and also offered us valuable advice. On completion of our sale Jaz helped us to obtain the desired delivery date and advised us of all of our options. He also offered us insurance should anything happen to our purchase. On this occasion we declined which he accepted with no pressure. On our first Visit Roger was most helpful in our options regarding moving house. Should the sale not be completed we could have a full refund, countersigned by the manager.

Overall we found the mattress we wanted and bought it in under 30 mins. We got a discount - would have been nice to get a bit more but hey ...

Chris was very good, and knew the product and everything we needed to know. Was very courteous and spent a lot of time with my wife, as the bed was for her with a back issue.

The staff knew the store products and they asked if we needed help told us what we needed to know and left us to make up our minds.
