Roger, the sales assistant was very knowledgable,helpful and pleasant aswell as giving us time alone to think and decide on what we wanted. We were able to pre order a bed in advance before exchanging contracts on our new home and was told we could have it delivered when we move in.

I am very happy with the service provided by the staff at Dreams. All of the staff were friendly, relaxed & approachable. They showed knowledge of their products and were able to guide me without being pushy in the slightest. The store lay out of dividing the different types of mattresses into different areas is also a great idea & very helpful! I have already recommended the Milton Keynes store to my friend!

I had just been to a rival store and was not please with choice or service that was offered. At Dreams it was entirely different. Choice of mattresses was very good and in my price range. I will be going straight to Dreams in future.

We were greeted when we first entered the store, we were then allowed to browse the store at our own pace, when we needed help and advise the assistant was very polite and professional.

I went in with a view of ordering a bed for my 9 year old son as he deserves a decent bed. My son chose his own bed and mattress with ease. Thankyou Dreams.

Mo,the assistant , was courteous and helpful going over all of the headboards. I said I wanted it now because I have saved the money and it would go - I have wanted a headboard for my bed for years. He checked stock and prices. I picked one and said "if it goes in my car I'll have it".He carried it to the car and loaded it and it fit. Very helpful without being pushy. Amicable and honest. Looks lovely - the irony is I don't actually sleep in my bed - I hurt my back a couple of years ago and sleep on the settee - I am hoping my lush duck egg blue headboard entices me back in .........
