Dreams - Milton Keynes

We went into Dreams looking for a bed in your sale. We were left alone to browse for a while, which we like to do, and as soon as we needed assistance a very nice lady came over to help. We had our young family with us and she was very friendly to them too. We made our purchase and have had it delivered today by two very nice men. We had to only wait just over a week for delivery and was kept up to date with text messages about delivery. Very impressed with service indeed. Thank you.

As soon as we entered your store we were approached by Chris who made us feel very welcome, understood our needs , and duly advised us , how we should consider the positives of choosing the right Bed. Once we completed the process we then had a full discussion with Robin the manager who duly went through the benefits of the 2/3 beds we had decided upon. We then went through a discussion around either buying a divan or separate mattress along with a framed bed. We finally decided upon the latter. We then spent time resolving the prices /availability and logistics all to our satisfaction. Interesting to learn that Chris has only been with the company 7 months, he is a credit to your company , had he not made us welcome and spent time explaining the correct process , we would have probably walked out. It was Roger who finalised the overall deal with us. Thank you guys, a very pleasant purchase. Mike / Carol.

Pleasant experience. Greeted by a sales man who helped us find the mattress we wanted. Very polite and knowledgeable. Would have preferred sooner delivery, 3 weeks is a long time to wait for a mattress! :( Great regardless of delivery time :) Sales man was roger at Milton Keynes winter hill store

On the first vist, we were approached and given instructions on how to look at the range of beds. On returning, the staff member was polite, friendly and effiecient. We had already chosen the design of bed but just had to decide on the colour of the base unit.

We went to the Milton Keynes store & was assisted by Chantelle, she was great. Gave us advice, answered questions & was brilliant with our 3 year old daughter :)

The person who dealt with me, Sophie, was extremely good. As soon as I entered the store she welcomed me and offered assistance. I knew what colour of carpet I wanted and she led me straight to it. She was very informative and knowledgable about the products. She took the order very quickly and then followed up a few days later with a telephone call to advise that the product was on offer. This was greatly appreciated. When I came back to pay she was again very expert and professional. The bussiness was completed promptly and in a very friendly and engaging fashion. She is an asset to your company and I would certainly come back. I would be grateful you fed all of this back to her. Paul Wylie

The gentleman that serviced us was very knowledgeable and helpful. He dealt with our order in a swift and professional manner and organised the delivery for the date we wanted. We then received a text confirm the delivery date and informing me that someone will be in touch on the day. This was then followed up with another text a few days before delivery. The delivery driver rang in the morning to arrange a time and delivery on time and was very happy all round with the service from buying to delivery.

Very pleased. We went into the Milton Keynes store and was greeted by a lovely lady called Sophie. I told her I had seen a bed online and told her the name of the bed. She said, 'follow me' and we went directly to the bed. She told us the benefits of the bed and the price and then we went downstairs and placed the order. Very impressed overall, can't wait to receive bed frame!! :)

It was very busy in store when we visited and the store assistants were very helpful, took their time to listen to our needs and suggested sale items which were in our budget. We were treated with respect and when we asked questions the gentleman serving us was highly knowledgable and even located the dimensions of the bed for us and wrote them down so we could take them home. Overall we have been very impressed and will return to shop with you again. Well Done.
