The assistant who looked after us, Chantelle, was clearly very knowledgeable, used the right balance of courtesy and humour, was not at all pushy and made the whole experience rather enjoyable.

we were shopping for a mattress for my 85 year old mum we were greeted by chris soon after we walked in he explanded how the coluor coding worked on the beds, we spent about 30 mins looking for what my mum needed chris kept checking back on us till we had decided what we wonted we orderd it with chris the only down side was the month wait for our goods, we nearly dident order but we did in the end, the staff were friendly and the store was clean and well layed out

We was very happy with service provided by Chris the salesmen, nothing was to much trouble, he double checked everything and nothing was to much trouble

Nice store, well laid out. Roger the sales guy was helpful and seemed to know his subject. Price was ok and placing the order was simple. Only down sides are cost of delivery and limited delivery times. Overall though a good experience.

Roger, who dealt with us at Dreams was extremely patient despite our many changes of mind. He was very knowledgeable about the various quality and was able to guide us to our bed and mattress comfort expectations.

I found exactly what I wanted...shop asistant "chantelle" was very helpful,professional and friendly.
