Very happy with the customer service. There was no hard sell and were very accommodating of our young children who were with us when looking at the beds in dreams.

Great customer service. Variety of different products. Chris offered us an offer as we were buying a bed, mattresses and bedside table.

The gentleman who helped us was patient (we were not rushed although we did take some time to decide), considerate and knowledgeable about the products. The store is well laid out with the colour coding identifying the various types of mattress. We did find what we wanted (two mattresses + lots of accessories) eventually.

Sophie was extremely helpful. She made sure our needs were catered for, including a great cup of tea! Her knowledge of the products was great, and she aided us in making a great purchase. Will will be returning to the Milton Keynes store.

We knew what we wanted before arrival. Roger greeted us, showed us the product in action and made the sale efficiently and quickly. He talked us through the process and made great chit chat with us too. Very friendly and helpful

The store layout and the explanatory signage made it very easy to find the right choices. Staff were all friendly and not at all pushy, taking time to answer questions and to demonstrate products before leaving us to discuss things and to view other products before being available to complete the order process which was simple and quick.
