Dreams - Milton Keynes

We went into the store on the Saturday in Milton Keynes. We saw Tom. Nothing was to much trouble for him. We couldn't make up our mind so went away to think about it. Because Milton Keynes is a bit out of our way.So we went to Banbury. Where the staff in there were so RUDE so we walked out. Because we had picked the mattress we wanted I said we will go back to MK to see how they are over there. This time Sophie came to help us. She couldn't of been more helpful. I have a throat infection so couldn't hardly talk. She offered us both a cup of tea saying it may help me. We bought our mattress plus pillows ten year warranty and up graded the mattress protector. I would go back to MK again and tell friends to go there not Banbury

Had no idea what we were looking for and received excellent service from Sophie at Milton Keynes store. A very appropriate level of help - guided us when we looked completely lost and left us to our own devices to make a decision.

It was a excellent service from both Sophie and Tom. We spent 2 hours in store getting nothing but great service and in the end we left the store very happy.

All staff seemed very happy and approachable. Thomas acknowledged my wife and I as soon as we entered the store from his desk, and came to our assistance. We were buying a new mattress for our 13 year old son. As soon as we told Jaz (our salesman) this, he spoke directly to our son. He found out that he had a tempur pillow at home and so got one for his to try with the beds so he felt like it would at home. He really made sure he knew what our son wanted and helped him to make the right decision. He spent time with us showing the options and explaining the costs. It was nice that he spoke to our son and really made him feel like the customer and that he wanted to make him happy with the choice.

Quick, efficient service and no hassle

Sophie was fantastic. The reason why I was looking for a bed is because I have recently been diagnosed with leiomyosarcoma cancer and just had a big operation on my pelvis. I really needed a bed that would support me and see me through the rough times ahead. She was down to earth. Friendly and made conversation with me easily to help me choose the right bed. There was no rush and she offered tea and biscuits during my visit. She made me at ease and carried my crutches. Such a decent individual. I loved that she didn't force me into buying the most expensive but gave me all the options. Fantastic thank you so so much Sophie :)

Tom, at the Milton Keynes store, spent ages with us and was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and not at all pushy !

Very helpful and polite, effortless time in placing order, answered all our question with extreme knowledge, our first visit to Dreams and I'm sure it won't be our last.
