Dreams - Milton Keynes

I am highly satisfied due to the salesmen being very friendly and supportive with my decisions and also offering advice and help, he made us feel very welcome without bring too over the top and gave us time to look for ourselves. He made us a good deal on our purchase and certainly being using dreams again

The sales assistant was very helpful, without being pushy. She did not rush at us the moment we walked in the store and after suggesting an appropriate bed for our needs (spare room, small double) she left us alone to browse without hanging around too much. She was realistic and recognised our needs for a spare room bed only - great value bed and super customer experience.

The service we recieved was very good, we had previously visited you Luton store and spoke to Nevil. The store and him were excellent, so we knew what we wanted. we popped into MK to check we really liked a bed and ended up changing the bed purchase but kept the matress. The people you emote from staff to delivery staff were great. We had a problem with the matress protector size and this was sorted quickly by you customer service team. The pillows we brought were incorrect but we had opened one and I can not be bothered to drive to MK to change, but we thought it was excellent service and we are very happy. Put would not necessarily go to the branch again, as watford and Luton are closer so if a problem it would be easier to PPP back.

The girl (Sophie) who helped took her time and explained everything. She arranged for us to be able to pick up the part of the order not being delivered at our local store. She made the experience very relaxed and was friendly without being over friendly.

We were attended to by Chris and weren't looking to make a purchase. However we were quickly shown the products we were interested in and explained the finance option which was a deciding factor. Chris was clear and concise and didn't rush through any explanations. Very helpful and professional. Good choice of frames and mattresses, however the selection of linens was very limited. Post sale, pre-delivery we are very satisfied.

All the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, even to the point of searching their online shop to find exactly what I was looking for!

We were served by Jaz who was very knowledgeable extremely helpful & patient. this is how I would like all my shopping experience to be.

When we originally looked the previous Sunday, the manager, Robin was great, he was knowledgeable but also gave us time to consider what we wanted for ourselves. He got the balance between giving information and allowing customers time to consider their options just right. When we went back to make our purchase we found that the manager had mentioned to his colleagues that we would be coming in and they were again knowledgeable and very helpful. It was an easy experience not spoilt by over excited sales people looking for commission unlike a competitors store nearby. Thank you for your help.
