Dreams - Milton Keynes

I went in a few months ago and found a mattress I liked (and it was on sale) however decided to wait, by the time I moved house and needed a mattress the one I originally liked was no longer on sale, I tried to haggle the price to no avail, however I did find another mattress that was the same (1000 less springs or so) and ofcourse was helped by the store colleagues and agreed it was actually not even noticeable the difference so I bought said mattress and it was a bit cheaper, plus it was on sale and I got half price on pillows, duvet, warranty and mattress protector all thanks to the helpful staff, so I am very satisfied and the total cost of the mattress I purchased with all the add ons was still cheaper than the original mattress I wanted alone, so I came out with a great result. Not sure of I can name who helped me but she did a great job!

I was greeted as soon as I arrived at the store and Charlotte, the assistant stayed with me the whole time, giving me her complete attention. Although she explained that she was new in the role, she asked her colleagues for information on anything she didn't know the answer to.

A gentleman called Keith was my store assistant. He was patient, courteous, relaxed, very professional, cheerful & extremely helpful. I would definately recommend this assistant to anyone who needs assistance or guidance in any way when looking for the correct item/s. Thanks Keith 👍

Whole process was painless. Went in to buy a bed... came out having bought a bed! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Refreshments were offered and there was no pressure selling.
