I was given advice on offers of a bed and mattress together and the lady chantelle was very friendly and helpful.

The staff member who attended to us (Sophie, Validation Code 281) was very professional and helpful. The range of products available and inspected was impressive.

The member of staff who helped us was above & beyond helpful. She also included our 6 years in all the decisions made of purchasing a bed for her. She had a fabulous time shopping for her bed.

Assistant, Chantelle, was incredibly helpful without being overbearing. There was never any pressure, although she directed us to other items we may like, there was never any forced sale. Everyone in the store, even though not involved in assisting us, we're polite and courteous.

The most impressive aspect of our visit was surprisingly the salesman!. (Tom / 281) Exellent product knowledge and really listened to our requirements and targeted those in his product demonstrations. He knew exactly when to back off and give my wife and I the chance to discuss the alternatives, provided a very welcome cup of tea and then returned to answer questions and close the sale. Most impressive.

The price was reasonable, though better if delivery and disposal of old mattress was given free of charge with the product remaining at the same price.

Knowledgeable friendly staff. He gave us a lot of extra information.

You had the right product, we were well served by an efficient friendly chap who didn't try and upsell which was lovely

The customer service we received from Sophie was first class. Her product knowledge was faultless and she lead us through the process of buying a mattress for our daughter very professionally. I loved her ability to deal with my young daughter, and find her needs and preferences, whilst ensuring very discreetly that the sale was going in the direction us parents wanted it to go in. It was the only reason we purchased the item then and there. No one could have achieved a better sales style with our family. It was nearly time to shut the shop as we paid, but we were not rushed once.
