The Assistant who served me - Chantelle - was totally charming, extremely helpful and spent as much time with me as I needed. I did not feel that I was being hassled in any way at all.

The staff member was helpful but gave us time and space to make up our minds.

When I went in a chap called roger asked fairly quickly if I needed any help.. I had a few questions which I asked and he answered them all and showed me some cross sections of matress types which I found helpful.. He used a combination of a large touch screen and the display beds to help me and my wife narrow down our choices.. Then he gave us some space to have a look around and try the beds.. He stayed attentive and touched back to see how we were doing.. He explained all the price options add ons and finance.. He helped us make our own decision as to what we wanted and never tried to push or sell us anything, had he done so we probably wouldn't have bought. Overall we were really pleased with the service we received.

I WAS GIVEN ASSISTANCE BY A YOUNG MAN CALLED JAZ WHO WAS ABSOLUTELY EXCELLANT. HIS PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE WAS FANTASTIC, HE WAS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY BUT NOT IN A PUSHY WAY. JAZ IS A CREDIT TO DREAMS. COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER SERVICE

We were approached with an offer to assist once we had already had a quick look around, shown where the various items were and left alone again to review. We were offered ancillary items but not in a pushy way. Once we said we didn't need something there was no follow on attempt at a hard sell

WAS ABLE TO PURCHASE WHAT WE WANTED WITHOUT A PROBLEM. ASSISTED IN GETTING WHAT WE WANTED.
