Tom, the sales assistant was very knowledgable and helpful with our enquiries. We were not pushed into anything and felt very relaxed and happy to place an order.

I was highly satisfied at this dreams as we were able to purchase two items which we required as well as some additional items whilst checking out. The sales assistant had great product knowledge and really took the time to talk us through the products we were interested in. He even made us tea whilst putting the order in place and I would recommend this shop to friends and family if they are able to afford the price.

The assistant that served us was extremely helpful. The bed was for my daughter so she spoke to her and fell over herself to be helpful. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and took the time and effort! We did not feel pressure to buy. Overall Milton Keynes store did very well!

The assistant (Tom) was extremely helpful & courteous & obviously knew his product. At no time did he make me feel pressurised into making a decision & made himself available when I needed him. Very friendly service. Store was spacious & well planned.
