Dreams - Milton Keynes

Our salesman, Roger, was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and spent time explaining all we needed to know about the different beds and pillows and nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly recommend this branch of Dreams.

assistance was offered immediately on entering the store, we were left to browse at our leisure, offered refreshment and once we made our selection were dealt with straight away.

Jaz the advisor in store was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My partner liked the fact he wasn't pushy. We were impressed.

Nothing in particular

Layout of store would be preferable to having firm/medium areas, not having to look at every mattress for it in all areas. Splitting into areas with notifications hanging abbé the area would solve that issue

I felt we were pushed into buying a more expensive mattress than we were originally looking at

Delivery date was so far away, an entire month is a bit long to wait for something so expensive.

I was looking for something at short notice, the assistant was great and found what was available. It was not exactly what I was hoping for but as I had been let down by another company I accepted what was available. Not Dreams fault they stepped up, just not my dream bed.
