We came in looking for a bed frame and Colin was very helpful in talking us through the options and to assess our sleeping preferences. Very insightful

It was just very ordinary nothing special about it

Nothing is ever perfect, we can always do better in all that we do.

Did not have the exact item in store

By being satisfied with the whole experience is as much as I could have expected during my visit to the store I could say i was highly satisfied with everything because I have nothing to compare my visit with I have not and did not visit another retailer I came to your store and got exactly what i was looking for and was treated with respect by your staff and was impressed by their professional service

Just a feeling I had nothing I could actually put my finger on.

Experience was good and specific member of staff was very good and attentive. However there was other staff in store who were a little less professional

I wanted to purchase a Sleep Motion bed and chose a frame labelled “available in sleep motion” but when I was taken to the desk to order the frame, mattress and sleep motion base, I was told that frame was not available in sleep motion and it had been incorrectly labelled. This meant a further hour of choosing a new bed that was.

We went to Dreams twice . The issue is not the staff who were great. We just didn’t understand why the measurements for the beds were not easily available or even showing on display .it would be so helpful and possibly would have meant us buying a bed
