We were not very happy with the quote of around 5 weeks for delivery. Having now received our delivery date by text, it has now pushed out further to 8 weeks! This is not really acceptable. We understand the bed is handmade but we are still left with no bed for 2 months! We sincerely hope that this delivery date does not change unless it is brought forward!

Because We haven't got the bed yet. Until we do and have tried it out how can we say highly satisfied.

I never consider any shopping experience as highly satisfactory, when people are only doing the job they have been employed to do.

Was highly satisfied but slightly disappointed with lead time on delivery. Was excellent service

Just felt we didn’t need to queue outside for a long period considering the store was pretty much empty. Apart from that the experience was excellent

not sure what has gone wrong with the survey buttons but we were very satisfied with the service we received in the store

I have answered all points to what I consider a good level of satisfaction. The reason I did not answer high satisfied to all points is just how I felt. Overall it was a good experience and I was satisfied.

Overall a good service. The beds and pillows were dirty which made me fee uneasy.

When ordering disposal of old bed, told that I (a 66 year old disabled woman living alone had to place both mattresses and bed bases into separate plastic bags and seal them. "But you don't need to lift them". Is ridiculous on several counts 1. You cant put anything into a bag without lifting it 2. You obviously do not make any allowances for practicalities I disabled person lifting beds alone. We all know that allowances have to be made for covid but I'd your men can come in to deliver and assemble the new bed why can't they/you sort out the old one using common sense.

Only saw 1 bed and headboard that we liked. Could do with a bit more choice.
