Efficient manager and payment process

Delightful salesperson greeted us as we entered listened to our requirements and realised she had the ideal mattress in the sale as ecstacy.

Had everything we wanted and was arranged to be delivered exactly when we wanted.

Tina in the Milton Keynes store was very good, friendly, knowledgable, and very patient with us going from one bed to another. In fact the whole team were great, water offered, step in help when Tina was finishing with another client.

Excellent service! Colin at Dreams in Milton Keynes was incredibly helpful during our time in the store. Very friendly, attentive and available to answer all our questions! He listened to our preferences, even used SleepMatch to find us the best mattress and gave us complementary pillows. He explained all the available options and their respective delivery timelines which made our decision to purchase very seamless! A 5 star employee indeed! Would purchase at this store again for sure!
