Dreams - Milton Keynes

The item that I want and have ordered is not in stock, even within the UK. No indication was given that there is at least a 6 week waiting period. I think that should have been made clear to me by placing a sign on the item that there is no UK stock at present and a 6 week waiting period is in place for the stock to arrive.

Overall we where satisfied with our visitor to dreams.

I was very happy with my experience during my visit. Tina (MK Branch) was very friendly and helpful. The reason for not being Highly Satisfied is that there is always room for improvement. Delivery time being sooner for instance.

Because the beds were just so expensive I thought would be a little bit more cheaper and you don’t even get free pillows anymore with your orders which I thought was completely unfair as I did end up spending a lot of money on my bed would of been nice to at least get some free pillows with my bed

I have not yet recieved the goods or had the old matress taken away. Once this is done, I can better assess the whole end to end experience

We purchased a mattress but didn’t find the bed that we were after

I guess I would only rate highly if the deal was better as I like a good deal

Time slots were am or pm. This is difficult to work around and therefore delivery date must be a day were someone is at home all day. This is difficult with working hours.

Main issue was that I was about to order a bed online. Then realised I could try it in store. When I got there I was advised not to use that type of bed for every day. It may have been on the web but I had just gone on to mattresses and it didn't say there about not using every night. Reviews implied people were and were happy. Once in store assistant was helpful in explaining why and we bought different mattress
