Very friendly staff although we felt a little more pressured than we would have liked. Overall very happy but would have liked a little more chance to make a decision in our own time

Overall the experience was good but there is more that could be done to push to a highly satisfied. I had to wait a while to be seen when I was waiting to purchase my item as all staff where busy even though I could see staff who were not doing anything.

Overall my experience was a positive one. Elements that reduced this were out of the stores control. I think that your price points can be high for what is being requested (e.g £200 for a zip and link) Knowledge of staff is very good, so no time wasted.

The delivery time on the bed frame is 7 weeks, which is quite a long time to wait. Your web site quotes delivery time of 5 - 7 weeks for this item.

I wish I could have paid a little less. Although I know a mattress is a good investment. I guess, it would have been ideal, to have bed delivered on the same day as purchase. Was hoping for that.
