Colleague was not enthusiastic or knowledgeable enough

I just spent over £2.000. and i did not find that Highly Satisfying.

I was offered half price pillows with the bed. I think if you are spending such a lot on a bed, to complete the luxury sleep experience on your brand new expensive bed you should be given a set of pillows for free. Not too much to expect don’t you think??

We spent £700 and we didn't receive any gift with it, a pillow maybe...a duvet. We thought you were going to have a detail with us.

I have paid for my matress but delivery is not scheduled until 8th February. A whole month away.

Too many items to chose from and huge variation in pricing.

The only minor complaint was that the delivery time seemed a little long (3 weeks) in this day and age of instant gratification. But this is a minor issue.

price higher than on previous visit and quote

because the service and quality was what I expected so then I was satisfied, not disappointed or highly satisfied ,because highly satisfied is better than expected.

Product I was looking for was not in store as it had been previously, luckily my last purchase was still on your records so I was able to purchase the mattress I wished even though I couldn’t find it in store
