No one approached us to help staff seemed to be chatting in a group together, delivery of item longer than expected

There’s always room for improvement

I am not to happy to be asked to contact customer sevices to sort a prolem all be it of my own making prefer to speak to an individual.Must say when store revisited problem very pleasantly resolved,

I would have liked to have been acknowledged. We enjoyed having time to 'play' with all the sofabeds uninterrupted but we were there for some time, worked out how to convert them ourselves and made all decisions between the three of us because thankfully I bought two family members I just was surprised that no member of staff said hello or anything and although I wouldn't want someone preventing me from feeling relaxed would have liked to feel they knew I was in the shop

The item I wanted to buy was not in store so I could see it. Had to look at a similar product.

Have to wait 6 weeks for delivery of the bed - should be sufficient stock to cater for demand

When we first went the young lad Pete was amazing.. attentive yet he left us alone and juat gently checked in on is answering all our annying questions and yet leaving us tp make up our own minds When we returned the next week Colin was there instead he was very polite and very nice but we felt had alot less knowledge than pete when our choice was not avaliable that day i felt he got a bit pushy trying to sell us a cheap alternative but he offered alternatives that did not match our preferences..when we decided to order the one we wanted for delivery we lost our delivery date as we sat there...that was not colins fault but a live booking system feels unfair...especially when paying such a huge amount of money for an item... Again he was polite and helpful once we choose something but Pete deserves a reward for his professional kindness and excellent customer service...we was disappointed he wasnt there to have any commision from our sale as he actully did all the work helping us the week before

Sales assistant tried to handle 2 customers simultaneously!

My only minor gripe was in the time spent placing the order. For a simple mattress cash purchase the paperwork compared to arranging a loan or mortgage.
