Store Personnel friendly and helpfully. Explained the products well and easy to understand with out all the technical jargon.

Service was good but not exceptional. Most satisfactory however.

Were offered higher priced beds initially. Found cheaper alternative in store which was more in line with budget expectations and needs.

The original delivery date was only two weeks away. A few days later I went back to the store to add a collection of the old mattress to the order. I was advised that the delivery date might be changed as a result but your system could not confirm the new date before the payment. I duly paid for the collection then your system confirmed the new earliest delivery date was 9/2/17 which is another three weeks further away from the original one. So in total I have had to wait five weeks for the mattress and still waiting. Your system should be able to advise the new date before the payment!!!!

Overall I am highly satisfied,my only disappointed was that we would have bought the divan base at the same time as purchasing the mattress but was told that bed bases were not collected by yourselves.We know now that this was not the case.However the store manager was very helpful.

The staff were absolutely fine. Friendly and helpful and I found what I wanted after several hours of looking elsewhere . I just can't get excited about buying a basic item when I'd been searching all day. I have no complaints or negative comments, I just wasn't ecstatic - but wasn't expecting to be! Keep up the good work.

Knew what I wanted% was shown bed everything explained, placed order and delivery within few days.

I think the service we received was very good, but i don't think that i could say it had a wow aspect. There for we are giving it satisfied.
