Would have been better if products were available immediately & there was not such a long delivery waiting time

When placing the order with the sales assistance he seemed almost condescending to us (young couple)

Parts were missing on delivery. Problem solved by your excellent staff. Especially Peter at the MK store. Had to collect it though ( slats missing)

Too long lead time before delivery

We were given clear guidance by friendly staff but without the off putting hard sell.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with our visit to your store so maybe i am being slightly harsh, but shopping for a mattress is hardly what i would say is an enjoyable experience so "highly satisfied" is maybe a little to strong. I can however say that is was a lot less painless than expected and i am not talking about the comfortable mattresses. Colin our Sales Adviser was helpful, informative and genuine with no pressure selling which was great. We had only planned to have a look at a few mattresses but the one we bought we just fell in love with immediately. I was also impressed by the other two young sales assistants who were present, The shop was empty the whole time we were their and they must have been bored but they were not sat on their phones (as i would be, although i am not exactly young) even though we were the only customers in the store. So all in all i was as satisfied as i would expect from spending £1000 on a mattress. Thank you.

The store layout for me was slightly confusing, however Colin helped us in choosing and making the purchase

The assistance was not pushy and explained everything simply and his knowledge of the products was excellent His manner was very easy going and very helpful

Feel the price is extremely high for a mattress (£1200), that's only recommended to last us 8 years. Other mattresses were cheaper but was concerned they would sag sooner.
