Keith welcomed me when I entered the store and was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Very good customer service and we got the mattress that we wanted. Keith was very nice and helpful, offered us complementary drinks and uderstood what we were looking for.

Colin was excellent. Incredibly diligent and patient with us.

Colin the sales assistant gave us lots of advice & gave us lots of time to decide. He provided us with a unique experience of the bed testing machine & then showed us all the products suitable.

We were greeted at the door by Charlie in the Milton Keynes store. Everything was fully explained and we were given a selection of beds to try at our own pace. Charlie was a pleasure to deal with from the moment we entered the store to the time we left. Our order arrives tomorrow, which is only 3 days from when we ordered!

Keith was extremely helpful but not too pushy Fabulous product knowledge and when he wasn’t able to resolve something he asked for guidance from his manager who was helpful too

Employee Keith was incredibly helpful and friendly helping me and my husband pick the right mattress for us and giving us enough information and enough space to make an informed decision all the way through to ordering our item. His Customer service was exemplary! I am extremely pleased with the service, thank you!

I was approached by the store manager Chris upon arrival and he was so professional
