Dreams - Milton Keynes

I explained that I am a widow aged 66 and have epilepsy. Yet was informed that despite paying for disposal of old mattress the mattress would need to be put in a bag or would not be collected. I felt quite sad and let down by this.

I was unable to meet my budget by a deficit of £20, so as a result, I will go elsewhere to purchase the pillows & quilt.

The experience in the shop, and the delivery was satisfactory but the mattress was faulty and I had to go back to the shop and request another mattress which will be delivered on Thursday 8th June so I cannot say as yet I am satisfied with the product. If this one is faulty I will demand a refund.

Chris in the winter hill store in Milton Keynes was excellent. He had great product knowledge, listened to our needs and offered suggestions regarding our concerns. He also gave us several chances to try the beds and several opportunities for us to discuss what we were thinking without him being there. Not only did he advise on a new bed but also on pillows.

I was highly satisfied, I just don't like to use extremes in surveys!

Haven't got the product yet and it is a bed

The sales person was doing the job that I would expect him to do. Highly Satisfied would indicate that sales person did something over and above what a customer would normally expect.

Having to wait till 13th may of delivery as you only deliver every other Saturday.

i have purchased before only 5 years ago and even though we were advised 8 years minimum there was no way our existing mattress was going to last so we only visited to get a guide price and our intention was to go to bensons for beds but we wanted to ensure we were not going to get ripped off again but Chris the gentleman that served us was absolutely brilliant and it was only because of him that we purchased from you again

was satisfied with purchase and service.but was not satisfied with the cost to remove my old bed.
