When the bunk beds were delivered, the delivered person ruined the good experience we had

Service was slow as trainee was taking order. She made some mistakes & didn't clarify price of full order. Some members of stuff were sat near us taking there orders for lunch as one was going to McDonald's. The trainee did tell them to be quiter. Two of the male staff also smelt strongly of cigarettes which was quite unpleasant.

product that I wanted was not in shop to try, assistant said that I could still go ahead with the purchase and after a trial period at home when delivered could swop item out for another product. So made the purchase with this proviso in mind.

the delivery time is too long for my liking

The young man helping us was very patient and explained the differences between difference mattresses and even gave us different pillows to try out with the mattresses.

Mo was very helpful when deciding which bed or mattress to purchase

Some flexibility on the price compared to Bensons for beds.

After purchasing the mattress we mentioned we would be taking the old mattress to the local recycling centre for disposal.the gentleman who served us said there would be a charge for this by the council but Dreams would take it away and recycle it for a charge of £28. We accepted his knowledge about being charged and paid for Dreams to take the old mattress away. When we got home we checked on the internet and saw we could dispose of the mattress free. We were not at all pleased to read this especially when we were served by a Manager, and paid an unnecessary charge.

Attitude of some sales staff was Slightly unprofessional.
