Product yet to be delivered and price paid includes setup, delivery and removal of existing furniture so some way to go yet before experience complete.

Store: Milton Keynes Adam was very friendly and knowledgable and was very patient with us whilst we made our choices and agreed a bed going forward. Amber was very fluent at processing the order quickly and in a timely manner.

Had a good experience with advice over the actual bed frame and mattress, however at point of order, I was handed over to another adviser. This felt a little like job done, sale made and move on to another customer and it wasn't as seamless as it would have been with 1 person throughout

We made it very obvious we were interested in a bed, no one came approached even to say ' I am sorry, someone will be with you as soon as possible'. We really wanted the bed, so came back in an hour.

With little time available, I just wanted the whole set i.e. bed, mattress, headboard as a job lot, none of this bit by bit nonsense. Your staff member (tall, slim, black haired lady), listened to my requirements and made it easy for a quick purchase.

I was happy with my visit, it took a while to find assistance and some of the mattresses were not clearly labelled. Otherwise it was all good.

On the day I made 2 purchases one for my daughter and one for myself. My daughter was given more discount and offers by her assistant than I was. e.g free mattress protector with mattress cover. I am not dissatisfied with the assistant but she did overcharge me on the deposit which I am still waiting for a refund. I purchased a divan and headboard which I am still bemused why the headboard is more expensive than the bed, I know the bed was on offer. My daughter purchased a bed frame which the headboard is included. Had I realised this I may have saved some money myself.

The overall process of buying a bed was fairly pain free, however to throw in what amounts to a £40 delivery charge at time of purchase was unacceptable. You should clearly indicate all costs up front and not spring items like this on the customer as a fait a compli when you have verbally agreed the purchase price. I have another bed to purchase for my family and will be looking elsewhere because of this issue.
