Had to wait to be served

A protection product I asked for was missed off and now I have to call customer services team to try to get it put on and may lose my delivery date due to this

We were highly satisfied with the assistance give by jaz, he was well informed and very helpful. Our purchase was made very easy by his assistance.

I'm unable to comment on the quality, price or how likely I am to recommend as I haven't received the product, so I have nothing to base a recommendation or assessment on. This survey hashows been sent out too early.

In the main we were very happy with our experiance however you have to few payment points for the number of staff so we found ourselves waiting a long time to pay once we had agreed our purchase. We were close to leaving when a till became free.

Long delivery date - 12 days

I was charged £1 more than the actual value of the products I bought. That was a simple mistake but I would like to get a refund for £1.

Would have liked more choice of colours and fabrics on the bed of choice
