Suppose as we had already done our homework on what we needed so was more of a case of just placing order rather than investigating possibilities. Saying that sales person was quick to process or and offer a good delivery date and add on like insurance.

Though the staff were helpful and courteous I was disappointed in the prices -felt I was not getting value for money. You are more expensive than I was lead to believe.

We were offered a discount on our items if we bought in store that day. On returning to purchase the same day, we did ask if the store could do a slightly better deal and it was rejected. In that discussion, I Just didn't like the attitude of one of the sales people, she was a little too obvious with some of her comments and it made me feel uncomfortable to the point that I would have walked out but I do need a new mattress. The lady who actually served us was very nice but obviously not senior enough to do the deal.

I did not like the sales persons response to my query about charging for delivery until the order was being completed -to say you don"t get anything for nothing is not a good response. Had it not been for quick delivery I would have walked.

We requested a specific delivery date due to house move and it was put through the system in correctly for a different date. I did not notice the error and as it made the delivery so close to the order date I was sent round the houses to try and correct the error. However, once I reached the correct place, it was dealt with very well. Placing the order was slow as the sales assistant was confused about what ID she needed for finance when we had moved home and so the finance and delivery addresses were different.

We were given a faulty Tempur pillow. Replacement was refused until we were forced to become very determined.
