Would have liked more competitive prices and more choice of bunk beds

I had to be quite insistent that the price shown in the store was what I paid as the website showed the price to £299 showed £199, eventually I was given it at that price, then was told I would have to pay £39 for delivery (where it's free if your order on the internet) - if the price on the internet was the same as instore then I would have got free delivery and there by saving £39

I couldn't see the exact bed I ordered which would have been the final reassurance that the bed we were ordering was the right one. But I understood it is not possible to display every line available. Mo the guy who took our order was very knowledgeable and reassuring.

On the downstairs floor nobody asked if they could help. Where as the staff member upstairs (Jaz I think his name was) was very helpful and managed us through to completion.

Not your felt but I felt overwhelmed by how many mattresses I had to try and get through ....

On Saturday we went to Bedford spoke with mark the manager I believe. I found him rude and unhelpful. His delivery times were also 4 weeks so we left to shop elsewhere. I couldn't find a bed I liked as much so went back to dreams but in Milton Keynes we met Chantelle she was amazing, polite and helpful. We purchase our bed and delivery within 2 weeks. That was great as my partner has bad back.thank you Chantelle and as promised we will be back to buy my 8year olds double bed soon

Took some time to get assistance, assistant ok but not overtly helpful. When asked for a bit of time to try beds he disappeared and didn't come back so had to wait for another assistant . She was quite friendly and helpful but it took time for us to find her! Otherwise ok

The only real problem was that the 2 beds we wanted to try, which differed only in softness, were not physically next to each other in the store. We had a later problem with the amount charged for delivery/recycling of old mattress, which was resolved after a phone call.

Do not agree with the cost of delivery and collection cost of your old mattress I think it is very expensive. The showroom was a real mess and smelt awful

Only because we could not make our minds up over two kinds of mattress to buy,and the assistant did not really help as to which one she thought would suit us, otherwise we were really pleased with how we were treated. Thank you,
