Computer system was very slow when assistant put the sale through and it crashed twice resulting in the whole thing having to start again, twice!

I asked the question regarding whether or not I would need to turn the bed periodically and was told no. However, on checking the website, I understand that I will still need to turn the bed on a regular basis - which we were not told about, which having raised the question, I feel we should have been told.

The service was exactly as I expected, the staff were friendly, they pointed us in the right direction for our needs & dealt with our order efficiently, I wasn't highly satisfied as the charges for removing 2 mattresses was £39 each & there was no discount for buying multiple items.

Highly satisfied would have required spending less

Totally unprepared for the price of a decent mattress came as a complete shock

I dont like being forced to pay 40 pounds for delivery because the item i purchased comes from a warehouse. The item should be available to pick up from the store.

I waas looking for an unusual bed combination and the assistant was not even prepared to telephone if it was possible to supply what I wanted. Specifically I was looking for a 5'6" ottoman. You have the beds I was looking for in 2'6" and 3' normally sold as pairs. I wanted to get one of each to make up the required size and was told that this was not possible. I re-phrased the question several times very politely asking if it was possible for him to telephone to see if my request could be met. The answer was i "it cannot be done so there is no point in phoning"

It was ok, but sometimes through out visit we didn't have the full attention of the person that served us.

I would have liked a higher discount
