Dreams - Milton Keynes

We purchased a tempur foam mattress spending nearly £2,000. Certain tempur beds were allocated an extra discount and some were not. This was not explained to us during the sales process so we had an unpleasant shock when paying to find our chosen bed was not discounted

I purchased a bed base and was hoping that the 40 day trial period (that is available for matresses) would apply, but it does not. I understand that this is because each base is made to order, but it made purchasing very stressful as I was unsure as to whether I needed a sprung or solid base. I still do not know if I've made the right choice ... and if I haven't I'm stuck with it!!

Not received item yet so my entire experience is not yet completed

We had a young girl who was monitoring the floor but couldn't assist further so had to get another staff member. The lay out of the beds where all over the store up and down floors, the beds was not grouped in styles for easier comparisons.

Not impressed with the non optional delivery charge with no option to collect especially as I bought both a bed and mattress

Myself and my partner was served by a young girl who had only worked for your company for 1 month, although the product knowledge she had was impressive I felt customer service experience lacked slightly. She seemed nervous and at times seemed quite dismissive when we asked whether she could speak to her manager to see if any additional discount could be added. Once we had found the item we wanted, it felt rushed to put the sale through the till as quick as possible. That said she was a lovely girl and I think in time she will be great.

We've shopped at Dreams in the past and as always the standard of service and cheerful and professional manner in which we were dealt with made the whole painful experience of spending money a little more bearable. Thank you Sophie

Customer service was excellent, but we felt that it could be easier to see a wider range of stock either in store or improve the experience of vowing stock on line

I had visited Bensons for Beds the day before as the mattress I had wanted was in their store, but the customer service offered was not good and they don't deliver on a Saturday. We ended up in Dreams - and in comparison to my previous experience it was a Dream ..... Chantelle who helped us in the sales process was an exceptional member of our team .... now the whole expectation is with the delivery team to complete the process that Chantelle has started so well ...

The store assistant had to write my preferred delivery day and date manually on the printed order sheet as it had printed with the wrong delivery date. I received an email the next day which also had the wrong delivery date on it and I emailed immediately advising the correct date. I have not yet received a reply.
