Dreams - Milton Keynes

Keith at your Milton Keynes store was fantastic. He took his time with us, had great knowledge of all products but didn’t pressurise us at all. We had to bring our three small children who he was also wonderful with.

Charlie and Chris greater us were very helpful. Charlie was really patient with us, very friendly and super knowledgeable about the products, helping guide us to find the right mattress for us based on our sleep match results. We were offered a drink and we’re able the see how much of a difference a good pillow makes

Colin approached me as soon as I entered the store, he asked me to lay on the ‘body checker’ mattress that talks to you and tests your body. He was very knowledgeable and I must say, a very savvy salesman, as a salesman myself, I respect the tactics he utilised, very subtle yet very effective!

The colleague stayed with us and answered all our questions.

Great range of products for comparison and gadget to suggest mattresses but above all the sales assistant Charlie (F) and her colleagues in the MK were brilliant - gave attention as required but no pressure at all and gave us plenty of time to discuss and browse, resulting in the purchase of mattress and bed frame when we had only planned to browse. Plus they could tie in delivery with our required timescales. Very happy indeed and would highly recommend.

Friendly welcome, offered a pillow and to test the beds. We were asked if we needed assistance and said we were ok, Colin said I will be over there if you need any further assistance.

The sales assistant was really helpful and lovely.

The colleague who helped us and placed the order was extremely helpful and elight to interact with. She worked nicely to understand our needs and present options.

Because the assistant looked after us even offering us a drink if we wanted Her knowledge was brilliant and using the new bed to check out whether or not you needed to have a firm bed or not it was great as well

Charly was fantastic she was a huge help and very friendly too, she was able to answer all our questions and find the right matress for us too. We shopped at the milton keynes store and all the staff seemed ao friendly and everything was so clean and we was well looked after. We will definately be back for future products charly and the staff are a credit to the store. Thank you.
