Perhaps I am too particular. I was satisfied with the way I was treated but to be Highly Satisfied everything would have had to have been absolutely perfect!

We found the staff member that we dealt with was just a little indifferent. She wasn't particularly warming and although we knew what we wanted to buy it always help if you like the assistant. We did get the deal we wanted but we had to almost leave the store before that happened. It was a person preference thing and that is, I'm sure, just the way she is.

Due to the long delivery time of the item, I agreed to pick it up myself from high Wycombe warehouse. I asked the young sales assistant, who asked the manager what time do they shut as I could get it on the Monday. Both myself and my wife heard him say they close at 8. Luckily I called the warehouse just to check they had the item to be told they close at 5. I told them this is a problem as I work in Tring and could they get it to the shop for me to pick up from there. This they could not do? He also spoke to the manager at Milton Keynes where I purchased from and was then told no he had said the shop closed at 8 but the warehouse was 5. This was not said, why would I want to know about the shop closing time? I left work immediately and managed to get there before they closed.

There was an offer on pillows (20%) discount if we bought mattress which we did. When arriving at home the discount was not reflected - paying full price for the pillow.

Disappointed that if I had ordered online, which I was originally going to do, I would have had free delivery. But I wanted to see the bed for myself prior to placing an order...I was then led to understand that the process would be the same...nothing was mentioned about the extra £39 delivery..it was just included in the final total. Almost felt steamrollered into having to accept it..even though a free delivery to my doorstep only, would have been fine. I bit underhand I felt

I haven't received the goods yet so can't rate fully on a satisfaction survey. The booking system didn't recognise my email provider (pipex) so had to get emails sent via work account. Price came out a bit higher than anticipated - some of the pricing is a bit unclear.

Whilst the overall experience was very good a member of staff was eating her breakfast on the shop floor.

Buying a bed for my daughter, assistant was very helpful, friendly & professional & also included my daughter in the conversation.

I felt the delivery costs shouldn't be compulsory however when I complained this was resolved in a very impressive manner.
