It felt as if the colleagues had a script to go by and it did not feel natural when they introduced themselves. The colleague that helped us did not have a huge amount of product knowledge so it took a while to find what we were looking for.

Highly Satisfied should be an exceptional rating. I felt the overall experience was good, but not exceptional

the pillows pillows purchased, one for myself and one for my partner, the one for the back problem diamond pattern was very poor for sleeping. Not happy with it, found it too firm. would prefer a refund or a replacement. cannot comment on the mattress as it has not arrived yet. I am disappointing at the fact the you only give one year warranty on the mattress where other companies give far greater. Then charge extra for extended warranty. I would not have purchased this product but for my partners rush to purchase this mattress.

Ticket price doesn’t include hidden extras so what seems like a good deal isn’t actually as good as you think. Very misleading

I needed a grey divan but the colour was misleading to what was shown on the colour chart. That grey didn’t even exist. I bought 2 divans and wasn’t asked for any protection cover. I had to ask myself that I needed it. I wasn’t asked if I needed a cuppa even though the coffee machine was right next to me.

Because you want us to give feedback on our visit. We went to your shop, ordered a bed and left. That's it. Morrison’s don’t ask me how I feel when I pop in to buy milk, my hifi dealer doesn't beg me to tell him how great he was after I spent 8 grand in there on an amplifier (I did). Yet you behave like toddlers asking me to tell you on a scale of 1 to 10 how satisfied at was with a load of stuff to do with our order. Either grow a pair, or run a self-help coffee morning where you all agree with each other how great you are. Both sales people were fine, the cup of tea they made us was fine, the experience was fine. I’m not going there again tho because you're so insecure that I have to tell you how great you were. Tip. Go to Criterion Audio in Cambridge, buy a Naim 300DR amp and learn from them what customer service and follow-up is. Hint. It involves convivial chat, proper coffee not something out of a machine, and no follow-up emails asking how was it for me, instead a personal note from the boss merely suggesting that I might like to pop in next time I’m thinking of buying something or if I happen to be passing. Mattresses were expensive compared to equivalent products in other stores,The only mattress that my wife felt was comfortable cost £1000.we ordered two bed frames Which were again expensive compared to other retailers, but we bought them at dreams expecting better quality.We have previously bought beds from dreams and been very satisfied with the quality and price but we found very comfortable mattresses at another retailer for £300 less.
